有名な山間からの新作です。ラベルには特徴ある日本語の山間を排しイタリック体で「Yamma 1974」、ブラックの背景色に金の文字です。口切るとかなり華やかな良いエチルの香が広がりますが、時間とともに弱くなってきます。色ははっきり着色あり、含むとまったり、苦みそして甘みが広がります。余韻が後まで残るのは、純米ならではでしょうか。万人向けですが、日本酒通はどう感じるか分かれるところかと思います。
