鍋島 BLACK LABEL 2023BY
佐賀県の有名な鍋島です。今回はBLACK LABELということで、またまたレア酒になります。しかも、2023年醸造ということで３年寝かせのお酒になります。
色は日本酒独特の淡い着色、香りは口切りは華やかな香りがしますが、常温で１日、イソエチルのいわゆる果実の香りが残っております。常温でのテイスティングですが、含むと中くらいの苦み、そして残るのは甘み、その中に酸味がややあります。辛い、甘いの一言で言い表せない、ただ甘みが残るので甘口に分類します。
