A bottle from Kanese Sake Shop's July special hanpukai. First up is the famous "Nabeshima" microbrew. The rice polishing ratio is 60%, and it is a freshly made version of the famous sake from the Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. It has a slightly sour taste with a slight effervescence. It is a refreshing summer sake. The sake rice is Aiyama.
