Today's sake is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Yumeshin Shuzo, an Aizu sake brewery. It was stored in the refrigerator at Riondor under the board. All of the Rion d'Or in Fukushima are well stocked with sake. The alcohol content is high at 19percent, but it has a sweetness that makes it a dangerous sake that is easy to drink.
