It is a premium sake in Japan, but readily available in Niigata Prefecture. This time it is the original sake stored in the snow. The alcohol content is as high as 18.5%. The color is almost none, and cannot be distinguished by the color. The aroma is of fine brewer's alcohol and yeast. The taste is sweet. The taste is sweet, with a touch of bitterness and spiciness. It is very smooth and easy to drink, but be careful, as it has the fourth highest alcohol content of beer. It is available at the sake corner of Kameda Power Apita for about 1,800 yen including tax.
