山田錦 純米大吟醸 生酒 赤城山

本日は群馬県みどり市のお酒です。赤城山は群馬県でも有名なお酒で、新潟でいえば八海山でしょうか。生酒ということもあり、ちゃんと冷蔵庫で売ってました。価格は、約2000円でそんなところか。味は、大吟醸というには吟醸香がすくなく、生酒というにはもう少し火入れをしていない酵母感が欲しいです。
