Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake Akagisan.

Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake Akagisan.

Today's sake is from Midori City, Gunma Prefecture. Akagisan is a famous sake in Gunma Prefecture, perhaps Hakkaisan in Niigata. As it is a draft sake, it was properly sold in a refrigerator. The price was about 2,000 yen and that's about it. The taste is not so much ginjo aroma as daiginjo, and as nama-shu, it needs a little more yeastiness without being fire-aged.
