This is a homepage that introduces photographs taken by Myu. There is an introduction of the photography point of Niigata Prefecture and Uonuma Tadami Line, where information is scarce on the Internet (must-see).
It is Wakakoma Shuzo's raw sake, but it is casually labeled "2BY", which means it is a two-year aged sake. I think those who bought it without realizing it would be surprised. The clerk did not say anything about it (^^;). The taste is as it should be, as it is an aged sake, with a golden color, sweetness and bitterness from aging, but it is still rough and I think it would be good to let it mature for another year.
Scrape to 2BY!
