水のささやき 生貯蔵酒

富山県の朝日町にある林酒造場のお酒になります。富山県の酒造では最も新潟県寄りにあると思われます。漁業や田んぼもある隠れた場です。上立ち香はすっきり、精米歩合は55%ですが、それほど吟醸香はなし。色は無色透明です。口に含むと酸味が割合に強く感じますが残りません。海の幸にちょうどよいです。
