Whispering of the Water, Fresh Stored Sake.

Whispering of the Water, Fresh Stored Sake.

This sake is produced by Hayashi Sake Brewery in Asahi-cho, Toyama Prefecture. It is probably the closest sake brewery in Toyama Prefecture to Niigata Prefecture. It is a hidden place with fishing industry and rice fields. The top aroma is clean, and although the rice polishing ratio is 55%, there is not much of a ginjo aroma. The color is clear and colorless. In the mouth, the acidity is relatively strong, but it does not linger. It is just right for seafood.
