Governor Takanori M.

The ultimate home brew, Takasami's M. It is from Takachiyo Sake Brewery. It is inexpensive at 2,400 yen for a bottle, but it is ultimately delicious. It has no coloring, no ginjo aroma, but a clean, weak aroma. It has no acidity. (Previous review)
This time, I drink it in Chichibu. Strong acidity and no bitterness. A little sweetness. The aroma is the same.
