Uonuma Yukigura Junmai Ginjo-shu.

Purchased at Muikamachi Aeon. It is from the Tamagawa Sake Brewery in neighboring Uonuma City, but I have never seen this label before. The distributor is Takano Sohonten K.K. of Nagano Prefecture. The sales channel is complicated.

The color is almost transparent, and the aroma is fresh but lacking in ginjo aroma. The taste is typical light and dry, but the spicy component is a bit low. The aftertaste is a little dry with some umami and bitterness.
