Tsururei Junmai Ginjo Koshitanrei.

For some reason, it is Tsururei, which is sold at Hakkai Brewery directly-managed stores. Tsururei is also a famous sake from Minamiuonuma City, but it is Shiozawa. Now, this sake seems to be special. First of all, the rice used is not written on the front label. However, a closer look at the back label reveals that it is made from "Koshitanrei," a famous sake rice from Echigo.
There is little color. The aroma is fresh, as only junmai ginjo can be. When drunk, it is a dry sake, but the aftertaste is sweet. It is very well-balanced and can be served with Japanese food and sashimi.
