Tokujun Namaizume Hakkaisan 6-year lay-back (Kanedaya's special product).

It was found in the refrigerator of Kanedaya in Urasa. It is a special junmai sake 55%, a representative summer sake of Hakkai Brewery, that has been stored for 6 years in Kanedaya's basement refrigerator (-2°C). It is a so-called old sake, but it is amazing that it has no twitchiness at all, the same as the same brewery's 8-year-old Yukimuro. Coloration is slight.
