Tanigawadake Junmai Shiboritate.

This is the Tanigawadake series by Nagai Shuzo, a well-known sake brewer in Gunma Prefecture. Purchased at Shoku-no-Ekimae-bashi. Fresh, slightly effervescent, light acidity followed by a slight bitterness. The aftertaste is slightly sweet.
