This is a homepage that introduces photographs taken by Myu. There is an introduction of the photography point of Niigata Prefecture and Uonuma Tadami Line, where information is scarce on the Internet (must-see).
I purchased it at the store of Kamiyu Onsen Club, a hot spring facility. Although it says it needs to be refrigerated, it was found in the store at room temperature. Tama-Yami is a local sake brewed in Suhara, Uonuma. At 1,500 yen, it is a bit expensive for a pure sake. It is surprisingly good for a sake that is not well preserved. The label says it is dry, but it also has a hint of sweetness. There seems to be some lactic acid bacteria left in it.
