Takachidai Assemblage
We found an unusual limited edition sake from Takachiyo Shuzo, a representative sake brewer of Minamiuonuma City. The pink label says "Assemblage" and "Uonuma Limited Distribution". The color was mildly colored, but obvious, and the aroma was almost nonexistent. When you taste it, it has a refreshing sourness preceded by a sweetness. It has no unpleasantness at all and is suitable for beginners.
The specifications are unknown, and it is said to be a blend of junmai daiginjo and junmai ginjo, aged at ice temperature.
