Kubota Suiju.

Kubota is a representative brand of Niigata. Among them is Suiju, which is shipped once a year. It is a raw sake. It is a daiginjo-shu made from 50% koji rice and 40% kakemai rice. It has a nice fruity ginjo aroma on the palate. The taste is light, refreshing, and slightly acidic. Purchased at Kaneda-ya in Urasa.
