久保田 翠寿

関西の方のための新潟のお酒特集。
久保田は新潟県を代表とするお酒のブランド名の一つですが、レパートリーが多いです。
一押しはこれです。この翠寿は基本的には生酒なので新酒の内に飲むのが一般的ですが、魚沼の酒屋はよく「寝かせ」をして味を深めます。日本酒のブルゴーニュと言われてます。
この2本の久保田、2020年3月15日に購入したものですが、製造年月日は奥の方は2017.08.31、手前は2019.8.30です。酒屋さんの冷蔵庫で的確に寝かせるとさらに上手くなります。
入手度は容易。2800円(四合瓶)
