Sotenbo Daiginjo

Sotenbo Daiginjo

This maniacal sake is made from Sotenbo's best sake, Koshitanrei from Niigata Prefecture. The aroma is just a hint of goodness, and as time goes by, a yeasty aroma emerges. When you drink it, you get the impression that it is a light, light, dry, thin sake with a beautifully thin taste.
