Ski Masamune Tribute to Kanese Shoten Exclusive Niji no Hirameki.

It is a challenging sake with a rice polishing ratio of 90%. I was prepared for a certain degree of sourness, but this is sour! The coloring is strong, and the top aroma is unique. It is a two-year aged sake that is sour regardless of its taste.
