Seitoku Minami-Daiku Junmai Ginjo Summer Sake Limited to 60 bottles.

Seitoku Minami-Daiku Junmai Ginjo Summer Sake Limited to 60 bottles.

Purchased at Fressey's Minami-Ohashi store. It was limited to 60 bottles, but there were 50 bottles on the shelf. The color was slightly tinted, the aroma was pleasant with a slight ginjo aroma, the taste was medium with a bitter aftertaste, and the acidity was in the background to make it a refreshing summer sake.
