Hideyashu Seishu Kirin.

Hideyashu Seishu Kirin.

This was also sitting in the refrigerator at the Niigata Station Ponshu-kan. This is a high-class sake, costing nearly 6,000 yen for a 4-goupe bottle. It is a daiginjo-genshu that has been aged for more than five years. The initial aroma is refreshing, as is typical of ginjo-shu, without a twisted aroma for an old sake. However, when you drink it, the twisted aroma is very strong. When the bottle is opened, the impression is still lively. We decided to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
