Saira Sara the starry night Altair.

Saira Sara the starry night Altair.

A strange sake from Sai no Kuni. No coloring. The initial aroma is fresh, with a slight ginjo aroma, and a bitter to sweet taste, like new sake, with a slightly fizzy feeling. It is said to have a fine acidity, but it is slight. Light sake.
