山口県のお酒です。駅前のセブンで購入。冷蔵庫、着色なし、甘辛ほぼ中間、吟醸香はなかなかある。あの獺祭がブレイクしてから山口県の酒造の作り方が変わったのではないか、甲乙丙丁付けがたし。良い意味では平均点だが、悪い意味では特徴なし。
