Otter: Polished 20% and 30%.

I rescued it from my sister's house where it was abandoned. However, the year of manufacture is 2021/03, and, it has yellow coloring. The top aroma is now old sake. The mouthfeel is very strong and alcoholic, which I think many people dislike in this kind of sake.
