群馬県の倉淵村にある牧野酒造さん、大盃ブランドは群馬では有名ですが、本物のきもと造りは初めてです。香りは独特、味は酸味が主張していません。複雑なあじ、甘み、旨味、ベースに酸味、その外何か残りますが表現できません。
