非売品の八海山

年末に八海醸造の職員だけに配られるといわれる特別酒です。ラベルのロゴも特別です。あえての非純米酒、基本的に品評会に出品するお酒は純米酒は少ないです。さて、お味は、さすが精米歩合35%ならではの軽さと、八海醸造のがっつり感、あえての辛みがよくあう素晴らしいお酒屋です。八階酒造のお酒をよく呑む方の意見では、金剛心とも違う、赤越後とも違う、独特な風合いを感じたらとのことです。

お金出しても買えないお酒、30分で呑んでしまいました(笑)
