Nama Moto Kamimura Omachi Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake 2019

This will be the August hanpunshu from Kanese Sake Brewery. First of all, we decided to start with this very peculiar sake. It is a five year old sake. The top aroma is unique to old sake, not quite sherry, but close to the aroma of brown sugar. The color is naturally strong and yellow. The taste is first sour and then bitter. It has a strong dry taste.
