Naekaya Rim Blue Label Junmai Shiboritate.

Naekaya Rim Blue Label Junmai Shiboritate.

This is a freshly squeezed blue label from Noukaya (苗加屋). I drank the red label at an izakaya, but it is richer than that. It is a bottle made with the finest Yuyamanishiki. It is very easy to drink and has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
