Machida Sake Brewery Direct Kumi.

This is a new sake from Machida Sake Brewery in Maebashi City. To my surprise, the sake rice was Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture, and there was no orikashi. The aroma was a fruity cabronsan, with a slight effervescence, and the taste was quite dry, but the sake level was -1, which is not too bad.
