Kubota Junmai Ginjo Nigori.

This is a new product from Asahi Shuzo, a leading Niigata sake brewer. The specs are Junmai Ginjo. As the name "nigori" (nigori means "nigori" in Japanese) suggests, it is quite interesting as it has a strong "orikori" (ooze) flavor. The brewer's recommendation is to drink it with grape juice, but when I tasted the actual sake, I found that it is indeed a sake suitable for "topping up" with grape juice. The alcohol content is low at 13%, but the fact that it becomes as good as beer when it is mixed with other beverages is a good point of view.
