KINMI Limited Sake NAGAOKA 2023.

Junmai Daiginjo. This is a KINMI special sake from the Hasegawa Shuzo brewery in Nagaoka City. It is said to be slightly dry, but it also has a hint of sweetness. It is easy to drink, and is probably a sake to drink with a glass of wine.
