Junmai-shu Hakkaisan Axial Limited.

It is said to be Harashin's original sake. Purchased at Muikamachi Harashin. It was stored at room temperature. The color is colorless, and the top aroma is at the 60% ginjo level, but there is almost no ginjo aroma. The taste is surprisingly medium with no spiciness. There is little bitterness and a sour aftertaste. It has a refreshing taste typical of summer sake. The price is about 2,500 yen for a bottle.
