飛騨の地酒 頒布会酒

今回は、今年の寒仕込みを氷温以下で保存した、いわゆる秋上がりです。蔵元の希望で一度火入れをしてます。やや色付きあり、上立ち香はコメの良い香りです。飛騨の特徴の中口でのみやすいです。
