This is a homepage that introduces photographs taken by Myu. There is an introduction of the photography point of Niigata Prefecture and Uonuma Tadami Line, where information is scarce on the Internet (must-see).
As the title suggests, it is doburoku. It is basic, but there is a difference between Doburoku and Nigori-shu, whether the mash is strained or not. This Hourai doburoku is sweet. Usually, doburoku has an image of being sour, but it is not. It is more like amazake mixed with sake.
