This is a homepage that introduces photographs taken by Myu. There is an introduction of the photography point of Niigata Prefecture and Uonuma Tadami Line, where information is scarce on the Internet (must-see).
This sake brewery is located in Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture. Anyway, I would like to ask why they made such a "spicy" sake. The color is almost colorless and the aroma is light, but it has a strong alcohol taste. When you drink it, it is just one word, "spicy," but in other words, you don't feel any other kind of unpleasant taste at all. There is no alcohol smell, and it is too clean. For reference, the sake meter is a whopping +22.5, and the very dry sakes I have had so far have been between 15 and 18.
