Rokujyuyasu Daiginjo.

Every day it will be a sake from the Furusato tax return gift (Hasami-cho, Nagasaki), and today it is a Daiginjo (38% polished). The difference from the junmai sake version is that it contains brewing alcohol.
At 38% polished, it has the same rice polishing ratio as Otters' Polishing 39. The taste is quite similar to that of western sakes, but this one has a more massive flavor. The spiciness and acidity are in the middle range.
