It is a local Chichibu sake. Chichibu Nishiki has been around for a long time, along with Muko-Masamune. This sake is bottled fresh from the bottle. It is a freshly brewed, unblended sake. Surprisingly, it is colorless and transparent. The aroma has a subtle yeasty aroma. The taste is light and dry. The taste is light, dry, and so-called dry, with a hint of bitterness at first, but a hint of sweetness lingers.
