Bunraku Reborn Raindrop Special Junmai Unfiltered Unpasteurized Raw Sake.
It has been five years since the Kitanishi Sake Brewery in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture, launched a new concept, "a sake with a sour taste like a lemon centered on young people's kurado.
I have to preface this by saying that my impression is that it is an adult calpis. The color is cloudy, but it is not lees. The aroma is fresh and weak. When you drink it, you still feel a strong citrus acidity. It is completely different from the classic acidity of lactic acid bacteria fermentation. It also has a fizziness that appeals to the freshness of its preparation. After the acidity, the taste is light and sweet. At approximately 2,000 yen for a four-pack bottle, it has a solid 16% alcohol content.
