It is a very difficult sake to find if you are looking for a Niigata Sake Certificate. It is a junmai ginjo, mellow and dry, aged at ice temperature.

In general, if one were to categorize Brahma's sake, it is as easy to drink as water. Is this aged? Almost no coloring, and although it is said to be dry, I don't feel it much. The alcohol concentration is the standard 15%, and it is certainly "timeless" and does not feel aged. I dare say it is slightly round, and if it were served blind, the only thing I could tell is that it is a mid-priced ginjo-shu, low acidity.
