This is a new product line from Takazawa Sake Brewery. It is made from Yuyamanishiki, 55% polished rice, slightly acidic, neither spicy nor sweet, about +2. A refreshing sake.

This is my first sake from the Tenzan Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. I thought Kyushu was a place where good sake was hard to find due to its shochu culture. Well, here it is.

This maniacal sake is made from Sotenbo's best sake, Koshitanrei from Niigata Prefecture. The aroma is just a faint scent of goodness, and as time goes by, the aroma of yeast.
