Akebono Shiboritate Nama-Nihonshu.

This is a new seasonal sake from Takazawa Sake Brewery in Himi. It is truly sake freshly pumped at the brewery. Since it was mail-ordered this time, I let it rest for two days before ordering it, hoping to get the new version since the December production was so disappointing. It was made in March, just as I had hoped. The aroma is yeasty, and it is a very fresh sake. It is slightly sparkling, but this year it is weak.
