Akebono Shiboritate Nama-Nihonshu Riemon.

I found a bottle of nama sake that I couldn't buy at the brewery, found it in an online store, and immediately placed an order for it. The one I received was a November shipment. The aroma and basic taste of Riemon are the same as usual, but it lacks freshness. It lacks the tanginess of new sake. It also lacks a little bit of gravity, but it is still delicious.
I have been drinking this sake for 30 years now.
