五代目 悠

This is a bottle that claims to be a slightly out of the ordinary ordinary sake. If you have heard of it before, you are a master. It is the "Koryu" of the Takachiyo Shuzo brewery!
群馬県にもそんな気合いがあるお酒がありました。これは、沼田にある「株式会社永井本家」で作っており、「永井酒造」ではないことがミソです。どういった作り込みは分かりませんが、あえて「袋しぼり」の手法です。ラベルにはアルコール度数しか書いてありません。
香りはアル添の爽やかな香り、着色は明確に分かる色です。味はやや酸味を感じます。精米歩合が低いかもしれません。基本的には辛口で+5くらい、含むと苦味を感じますがすっと消えていきます。旨口はややあるものの低いですが、かえってそれが飲みやすくしています。
