ロットナンバー付きの一本です。ひさびさの高千代の鑑評会規格のお酒です。着色がほとんど無いのはグラスに注いで美しいです。香りは控えめ、辛さの中に甘さを感じます。魚沼産一本〆使用の気合いの入ったお酒です。切れ味はとても良く、後に引く味は無く進むお酒です。一本〆の特徴とも言えます。塩沢の金澤屋酒店で税込み4000円ほど。
