姫の井 取って置きのかめぐち酒

二年熟成酒です。新潟駅のぽんしゅ館で購入。何と四段仕込み、四段めはもち米を使用しています。かめぐちですが、二年の熟成でまろやかです。もち米の効果か、甘味を感じます。上立ち香は吟醸酒を思わせる清々しい香りです。ひねた香りはありません。
