白啓酒店 地酒の会頒布酒 純米吟醸古酒
今回は五年古酒です。ひね香は少ないですが、含むとひね感を感じます。冷やすと飲みやすいですが、常温だと古酒らしさが前に出てきます。酒造評価では古酒には珍しい日本酒度＋２．５です。
