特純 生詰 清酒八海山 7年物(金田屋さん特製)

浦佐の金田屋さんの冷蔵庫にありました。八海醸造の夏酒の代表の特別純米原酒55%の「生詰」を金田屋さんの地下冷蔵庫(-2℃)で7年寝かせたものになります。いわゆる古酒になりますが、同酒造の雪室8年と同じ、ひね感が全くないのが驚異的です。着色はわずかです。
