Gunma Izumi Hatsushibori
It has a sweetness and acidity mixed with a hint of rice powder and a bit of astringency. The alcohol content does not seem to be 18%. The aroma is that of dregs with a little residual malted rice.

Gunma Izumi Maikaze Yamahai Junmai
This sake is made from "Maikaze" rice grown in Gunma and produced using the Yamahai method. Maikaze is a very complex crossbreed of sake rice. For more details, please see the three pictures.
