Takachi-yo Unfiltered Nama-nihon Sake, Miyamanishiki, Very Dry
This is a drink I had at "Kodama-ya" in front of Urasa station, a favorite restaurant of mine. It looks like a family restaurant, but the food is first-rate. I have been a regular customer for 20 years.
