This sake is made by a sake brewery in Imari, Saga. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, making it a junmai ginjo sake. This sake is nearly colorless and the aroma is faintly yeasty.

We have obtained a hard-to-find sake in Japan that is a twin of Jyushiyo, Nikkaku, and Hiyoroki. It is a highly aromatic sake with low acidity, typical of Gohyakumangoku.

This is my first sake from the Tenzan Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. I thought Kyushu was a place where good sake was hard to find due to its shochu culture. Well, here it is.

It will be a sake from the town of Yoshioka in Gunma Prefecture. Purchased at Gourmet Station Gunma. It is a bottle of sake produced in Gunma under the title of "All Gunma's Local Sake".
